RENTAL
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Article 1: Payment
After each rented day, an invoice will be sent by Studio MONAD, which must be paid within 14 calendar days.

Article 2: Cancellation
Studio MONAD reserves the right to cancel and is not liable for any resulting damage. A suitable solution will be sought with the tenant.
Studio MONAD reserves the right to offer the tenant a replacement date in appropriate cases, in good consultation, if the space reserved by the tenant is occasionally needed for his own use.


Article 3: One-time use
If the tenant is forced to cancel for whatever reason, he owes Studio MONAD a fee of:
– 50% of the total rental amount in case of cancellation less than 5 calendar days in advance.

– 75% of the total rental amount is for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance,

The full rental amount (100%) is due if the tenant cancels less than 24 hours before the start date, regardless of the reasons.

Article 4: Use of facilities
1. The changing room, sanitary facilities, reception area and dance studio must be left tidy by the tenant.
2. The above are accessible to tenants 15 minutes before the rented time slot and must be vacated no later than 15 minutes after the rented time has expired.
3. Eating is prohibited and no other drinks than water may be consumed.
4. Only indoor shoes are allowed on the dance floor. Outdoor shoes are prohibited.
5. Equipment must only be operated by the tenant after instruction from the landlord.

Article 5: Supervision
1. The tenant must ensure sufficient supervision of the use of the rented property by any students and staff. This supervision must also be exercised in the associated changing room, all other accessible ancillary rooms. The instructions of the landlord’s staff on duty must be followed at all times.


Article 6: Liability
1. Studio MONAD is not liable for any accidents or consequences of accidents in or on the rented property, nor for the damage, exchange or loss of property of the tenant, its members, staff and/or visitors.
2. Both with regard to the existing buildings and with regard to what is installed on or in the rented property by the tenant or third parties, the tenant indemnifies Studio MONAD against all claims for compensation from third parties, insofar as these claims arise from the activities carried out by the tenant.
3. Studio MONAD accepts no liability for material or immaterial damage as a result of accident or injury to the tenant and its members, staff and/or visitors, arising in any way whatsoever.
4. The lessor accepts no liability for damage, loss or theft of the property of the tenant and its members, staff and/or visitors.
5. The tenant and its members, staff and/or visitors are liable for damage caused to the property of the lessor, if this damage is due to the negligence and/or fault of this person.


Article 7: Damage to the rented property
The tenant is obliged to take all measures to prevent damage to the rented property or inconvenience caused to any co-users of the rented property. The house rules must be observed for this.

If defects or damage to the rented property occur or are discovered, the tenant is obliged to inform the lessor immediately. The tenant is responsible for the costs of repairing damage and the loss of income of the lessor after damage caused to the rented property, which is due to the fault of the tenant, its staff, members and/or visitors, whether due to negligence, neglect, insufficient supervision or otherwise, all at the discretion of the lessor.


Article 8: Advertising
Advertising in, on or to the rented property may only be done after prior permission from Studio MONAD, who may attach additional conditions to it.

When distributing images that have been recorded within the rented property, the tenant and their staff and students must always mention Studio MONAD.
